Vuslat Bayoglu
Vuslat Bayoglu is a co-founder and Managing Director of Menar. He holds an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering and has over 20 years of experience in the mining industry. During this period, he led the group from junior to mid-tier status through organic growth and acquisitions. Bayoglu is an avid public speaker and thought leader with a passion for driving conversations that promote industrial growth and economic development. He is a member of DSTI-NRF Cimera Steering Committee, and he serves on the board of the Richards Bay Coal Terminal (RBCT).
Rudzani Mudogwa
Rudzani Mudogwa has diverse experience in the environmental management field. In 2006, he joined the Department of Mineral Resources, where he worked until 2011. He was exposed to a wide range of areas in environmental management, including: Evaluating the Environmental Scoping Reports, Environmental Impact Assessment, Closure Reports, Environmental Management Plans and Programs for Prospecting, Mining Permits and Mining Rights Applications. In 2011, he started his own business. He holds a Bachelor of Environmental Sciences from the University of Venda.
Mehboob Kamaloodien
Mehboob Kamaloodien is a hands-on businessman. He started his career in selling hardware goods in a humble shop in Mitchells Plain, Cape Town. He grew the business to be the most revenue-earning branch of Campwell Group in less than 10 years. After the group was sold to a JSE-listed company, he grew his capital with investments in real estate and resources. He is actively involved in coal, limestone and stone quarry operations and projects within South Africa’s Mpumalanga and North West provinces.
